My Text Coupons are not reaching my phone?
Cell phone companies all over North America have firewall protections that try to pick up SPAM.  This is a good thing and protects you more than you know.  There are a number of things to try. First, type a 10-digit number in the PHONE NUMBER box. If it does not work, try typing a 1 then the 10-digit number. It can take up to 5 minutes for a coupon to reach your phone. If none of those options work, call your cell company and let them know you want to "UNBLOCK" text messages coming from www.wagsnwhiskers.com.  They should be able to help you instantly.  You can also login to your account with certain cell companies and UNBLOCK www.wagsnwhiskers.com online. Only a portion of the message from my Text Coupons is reaching my phone?
It can take up to 5 minutes for a coupon to reach your phone. Chances are good that the message has been divided up into several PAGES or MESSAGES for delivery. Be patient. Should you see the words MISSING TEXT, it's just a matter of time before the entire message is delivered to you. My Email Coupons are not reaching my email?
To fix this issue, you need to ADD www.wagsnwhiskers.com to your safe list. Firewalls are protecting you from receiving SPAM but it is easy to ADD us to your safe list. If our emails come through as SPAM, simply go to your JUNK folder and you will find the email there 99% of the time. You then have to mark the EMAIL as NOT JUNK and you will be all set.

How do I recommend a business I would like to start receiving coupon offers from?
Contact us through the CONTACT page and let us know the Business Name and the Phone Number.  We will place a call to them and let them know a potential customer wants to receive offers from them.  Essentially it is their decision to advertise with us.  You can also help by mentioning Wags n Whiskers to them and encourage them to check out the website.  It is easy for businesses to sign up and start posting coupons within 24 hours!

What if I try to redeem a coupon and the cashier or service staff does not know what to do?
Every business should notify and put in process coupon redemption.  But if there is an issue, ask for a manager and furthermore, contact us later about the problem.  We'll address the issue ASAP.

Yes it is. We have all been small business owners and know that every dollar is precious. We try to make our service rewarding for customers and affordable for every business. In order to get your free month when your coupon(s) are not HIT, you simply have to contact us, let us know your business name and tell us to view the coupon that did not get a response. If you place more than one coupon, which we strongly recommend, and the other coupons get HITs, then you are not eligible for the FREE month. At $9.99 a month, it seems too cheap to work?
That couldn't be further from the truth. You are most likely comparing our prices per month to those of coupon print books. They spend $1,000's a month just on printing, designing and mailing their publication. Most of what you pay goes directly to their printing & mailing costs. Using the internet is a far better and GREENER method as it does not create waste in our local communities. Our fees per month cover our expenses and help us continue to develop new areas bringing even more attention to Wags n Whiskers. We have integrated our search by ZIP/POSTAL, email & cell marketing and advertising through print and internet to reach 1,000's a day. And if you haven't noticed, cell phones are now internet capable. Try accessing a print publication online. It's impossible. The print publications that duplicate their ads online are memory intensive and their ad sizes and websites are not conducive to what is practical to view on cell phones. How do I know when my coupon(s) have been HIT?
Login to your account and you will immediately see each of the coupons you have posted. In the description of those coupons, you will see the number of times it has been HIT.

What is the Registration Process?
Send us an email via the CONTACT US link. After you submit your business information you will be sent a Welcome Email within 24 hours. In that email you will find your Business Member Number and a link to our payment processing. Wags n Whiskers gives you 5 days to complete the payment process before you will receive a call for assistance. It's easy to complete the process, but if you have questions, feel free to call us. Anytime after you receive your Business Member Number, you can proceed to posting coupon(s).

What forms of payment does Wags n Whiskers accept?
We accept credit card, PAYPAL or check. After you register your business you will be sent a Welcome Email from Wags n Whiskers where you will find your Business Member Number, Account Info and a link to your login. It's easy to complete the process, but if you have questions, feel free to email us.

How do I know that customers in my area will see my business through Wags n Whiskers?
Great question.  That's an easy answer.  We advertise in many area's via internet social networking.  We also advertise in some consumer Pet Magazines.  It's also important to remember that in times where people need to save money, word spreads quickly when it comes to great coupons and discounts, so word of mouth is a tremendous network for Wags n Whiskers. Our website even features the ability to send others valuable deals through email and text message.


I am not internet savvy, can you help me setup my business?
Of course. Click the CONTACT page option in the top menu and call our customer service BUSINESS SETUP number. We will gladly help you get established and train you to post and edit your coupons for months to come. It is very easy - we promise! We’re a growing company so if a customer service agent is not able to help you immediately, please leave a message and we will return your call ASAP.

We also offer the service of maintaining your account and adding coupons for an additional $1.99 per transaction. Simply call or email us with the information that you want posted or editted and within 24 hours, your account will be updated.

My business requires a BAR CODE for coupons, is there a way to show a BAR CODE?
Yes there is.  The best way for you to create a bar code is to follow the link - www.barcoding.com - you can type in the numbers for the bar code and it will automatically generate an image.  Save the image to your computer and then upload that image by EDITTING your coupon and inserting the bar code.  If you have questions, call customer service and we will walk you through the process.

I am trying to add a coupon and it goes through the verification and then I am taken back to my account. Am I doing something wrong?
No. The system first needs to authorize you for that category. Once you are authorized, verified and have selected a common duration for your coupons, you will not have to go through the process each time. However, for each new category you post a coupon in, you will need to verify your status to post in that category. We have done this as a layer of security that keeps unauthorized businesses from posting coupons in categories that do not match their business service. We apologize in advance for the inconvenience security can cause at times. It is truly for your benefit. Feel free to call us with any issues or questions and we’ll walk you through the process.

How do I change the expiration date of my coupon(s)?
That too is an easy process. Login to your account. You will see each coupon you have listed there. Choose EDIT COUPON and a new screen will appear. The EDIT screen will allow you to change the expiration.
